The Big Creek Greenway is a 9.6-mile long paved pathway that spans between McFarland Parkway and Kelly Mill Road in Forsyth County in Northern Georgia. The trail follows Big Creek through beautiful hardwood forests away from roadways and development.
There is another 8-mile long paved section of the Big Creek Greenway in Alpharetta to the southwest.
Conditions
The Big Creek Greenway is paved for the entire route and open for bike riding, walking and running. dogs are allowed if on leashes. The trail is located in the forest and has few road crossings. There are access paths into a number of the residential communities along the route.

The Big Creek Greenway is located in Cummings in Forsyth County, to the northeast of Alpharetta.
Points of Interest
The Big Creek Greenway goes past Fowler Park in Cumming.
End Points
The southwest end of the Big Creek Greenway is located at McFarland Parkway, just north of Shiloh Road in Forsyth County.
The northeast end of the greenway is located along Kelly Mill Road at the intersection with Johnson Road in Cumming, 2.3 miles from the center of Cumming.
