The State of Kansas is located in the center of the United States. The state is that of open prairie and farmland.
The major urban areas Kansas have recreational trail systems for bike riding, walking, running, outdoor exercise and commuting to work and school. Kansas also has trails along abandoned railroad lines out in the open countryside.
