Recreational Trails located in: Idaho
The State of Idaho is located in the northwest section of the U.S.A. The landscape of Idaho is that of mountain ranges and valleys, rugged gorges, beautiful rivers and wide open desert.
Idaho has a relatively low but growing population. The largest city is Boise, with the nearby cities of Nampa and Meridian and Caldwell. On the eastern side of the state there is Idaho Falls and Pocatello. The City of Twin Falls is situated between these two areas, then there is the community of Coeur d'Alene in the north.
Idaho has a generally mile climate and offers many outdoor recreational opportunities such as boating, hiking, skiing, fishing, rafting, camping. It also has many recreational trail systems for cycling and walking located throughout the state. These trails may be located within the larger cities, but there are several very lengthy recreational trails that travel for miles thorough the Idaho countryside.
