The Arroyo De Los Chamisos Trail is a 3.6-mile long paved trail that travels through the rugged natural areas alongside the the arroyo, dry river bed, as it runs through the southwestern portion of Santa Fe. The northeast end of the Arroyo De Los Chamisos Trail connects to the Santa Fe Rail Trail. The Arroyo De Los Chamisos Trail then heads to the southwest going past residential neighborhoods.
Conditions
The Arroyo De Los Chamisos Trail is paved for the entire route. The trail is open for bike riding, running and walking. The route of the trail is located away from streets, but there are a few street crossings along the way. There is an underpass for crossing Rodeo Road and access paths to reach to road.
