The Buffalo Valley Rail Trail is a 9-mile long paved pathway that spans between Mifflinburg and Lewisburg in Central Pennsylvania. The trail was constructed along an abandoned railroad right-of-way and travels through the countryside going past farmland local communities.
Conditions
The Buffalo Valley Trail is paved the entire way and open to bike riding, walking and running. The trail roughly parallels State Route 45 and has few road crossings.

The Buffalo Valley Rail Trail goes past the following communities: Mifflinburg, Vicksburg, Linntown and Lewisburg.
End Points
The west end of the Buffalo Valley Rail Trail is located at N. 10th Street, north of Chestnut Street in Mifflinburg. In this area, the trail also goes past the Mifflinburg Community Park.
The east end of the trail is located near Ruarl Avenue and T613 in Lewisburg.
