The Old Emigration Trail is a 6-mile long paved pathway located in West Point and Syracuse, Utah. The trail was constructed along the road bed of the Old Emigrant Road which settlers traved in the 1800s. The trail wanders through residential areas, golf courses and past farmland. The route offers views of the foothills to the east and the Great Salt Lake to the west.
Conditions
The Old Emigration Trail is paved the entire route and is open for bike riding, walking and running. The major street crossings are about a mile apart and the trail does cross numerous residential streets.

End Points
The north end of the Old Emigration Trail is located at W 1300 N, west of N 4000 W, In West Point. There is a parking area along W 1300 N.
The south end of the trail is located at W 3700 S near S. Bluff Road in Syracuse.
