The Legacy Parkway Trail is a 14 mile long paved bike path that runs along the east side of Legacy Parkway (Route 67) on the north side of the Salt Lake City area. The trail extends from Farmington to North Salt Lake, passing through Centerville, West Bountiful and Woods Cross. The trail follows alongside Interstate 15 and Legacy Parkway and intersects a number of other trails along the way.
Conditions
The Legacy Parkway Trail is open for bike riding, walking and running. It is paved the entire rout and has relatively few road crossing. There is parking and restrooms at a number of the parks along the route.

Nearby Trails
The Legacy Parkway Trail intersects numerous neighborhood trails along the way as well as connecting to some of the other major recreational trails in the area.
Farmington Creek Trail: The Farmington Creek Trail crosses the Legacy Parkway Trail at W. State Street and State Route 67. Farmington Creek Trail heads to the west and connects to the Denver and Rio Grande Western Rail Trail. It also heads to the east and extends as far at the foothills, providing a connection to the Bonneville Shoreline Trail.
Denver and Rio Grande Western Rail Trail: The Legacy Parkway Trail meets up with the Denver and Rio Grande Western Trail at N 900 W and W 1275 in Centerville. The two trails share the path until the point where the Legacy Parkway takes a curve to the west north of Porter Lane.
Jordan River Parkway Trail: The south end of the Legacy Parkway Trail meets the Jordan River Parkway Trail at a point west of Redwood Road and south of where Interstate 215 and the Legacy Parkway divide. The Jordan River Parkway Trail system extends as far south as Utah Lake.
End Points
The north end of the Legacy Parkway Trail is located to the east of Station Parkway and Burke Lane in Farmington.
The south end of the Legacy Parkway Trail is located at at a point west of Redwood Road in North Salt Lake. This point is south of where Interstate 215 and the Legacy Parkway divide. This is where the trail joins the Jordan Parkway Trail.
