The Creekside Trail is a 17-mile long paved pathway that spans between Riverside on the northeast side of Dayton to Xenia in Southwestern Ohio. The route of the trail goes through the residential areas on the east side of the Dayton urban area going past a number of parks. In Xenia, the eastern end of the trail meets up with a number of other regional trails in the area, including the Mad River Trail, the Iron Horse Trail in Dayton and the Little Miami Scenic Trail, the Ohio to Erie Trail and the Xenia Jamestown Connector Trail.
Conditions
The Creekside Trail is paved the entire route. The trail is open for bike riding, walking and running. The trail goes through residential neighborhoods and does have a number of street crossings.

Mad River Trail: the western end of the Creekside Trail allows for a connection with the Mad River Trail at Eastwood Metro Park.
Iron Horse Trail: The two trails meet at a point to the east of Woodman Drive and north of State Highway 35 in Dayton.
In Xenia, the eastern end of the Creekside Trail meets up with a number of other regional trails in the area, including the Mad River Trail, the Iron Horse Trail in Dayton and the Little Miami Scenic Trail, the Ohio to Erie Trail and the Xenia Jamestown Connector Trail.
End Points
The west end of the Creekside Trail is located at Springfield Street and N. Smithville Road near Eastwood Park in Riverside. The Mad River Trail is also located in this area.
The southeast end of the Creekside Trail is located at Xenia Station at S. Miami Avenue and S. Detroit Street in Xenia.
