The Cross Seminole Trail is a 23-mile long paved pathway that is located in Seminole County in Central Florida. The trail passes through the communities of Winter Park, Slavia, Oviedo, Winter Springs and Lake Mary in the Orlando area and connects to two other major recreational trails at either end. The route of the trail includes a number of schools, local parks and Lake Jesup.
The trail passes through the residential areas, goes past parks and through the woodlands of Spring Hammock Reserve. Many stretches of the trail are alongside major roadways.
There is a gap in the trail at E. Broadway Street and Ovieda Boulevard. Trail users will need to travel along E. Broadway Street to reach the next section of trail. There is another gap in the trail north of State Route 419 near Layer Elementary School.
There are overpasses for the trail to cross W. Lake Mary Boulevard and Interstate 4.
A portion of the Cross Seminole Trail is a section of the Florida Trail, also known as the Florida National Scenic Trail.
Conditions
The Cross Seminole Trail is paved the entire route and is open for bike riding, walking and running. There are numerous street crossings along the trail.

Nearby Trails & End Points
The Cross Seminole Trail meets up with the Cady Way Trail at the south end at Howell Branch Road and Aloma Avenue in Winter Park.
The north end of the Cross Seminole Trail is where it meets up with the Seminole-Wekiva Trail at the north along International Parkway in Lake Mary. This location is just west of the overpass for crossing Interstate 4.
