The Jacksonville Baldwin Trail is a 14.6-mile long paved pathway located to the west of Jacksonville. The trail follows an abandoned railroad right-of-way and takes a fairly straight route through the residential neighborhoods to the northwest side of Jacksonville and then cross country to Baldwin, going through thickly forested sections.
Conditions
The Jacksonville Baldwin Trail has a 12' wide paved surface for the entire route. The trail is open for bike riding, running and walking. The trail has relatively few street crossings and much of the route is away from traffic.
Communities
The Jacksonville Baldwin Trail goes through the Marietta, Whitehouse and Otis neighborhoods on the northeast side of Jacksonville and travels across the north side of Baldwin.

End Points
The west end of the Jacksonville Baldwin Rail Trail is located along Brandy Bundy Road to the north of Business Route 90 to the west of Baldwin.
The eastern end of the trail is located along Imeson Road to the north of Commonwealth Avenue in Jacksonville. There is a trailhead with parking at this location.
