The Hank Aaron State Trail a 12-mile long mostly paved trail system that is located in Milwaukee in Southeastern Wisconsin. The trail is located in the middle of the urban area and extends from Highway 18 near W. Underwood Parkway to the Lake Michigan waterfront area.

The Hank Aaron State Trail provides a great way to do some sight-seeing as it goes by the Milwaukee Zoo, Mitchel Park, museums, Lakeshore State Park and travels past the Historic Third Ward, the art and fashion district for Milwaukee.

Conditions

The Hank Aaron State Trail is open for walking, running, bike riding and dog walking. The trail is continuous for the most part, but may require trail users to travel along streets to get from one section to the next.
